description: 21st century learning is learning that prepares the next generation to become a  generation that has 21st century skills. In the 21st century learning process,  information and communication technology is a tool or media in an effort to achieve  a learning process that prioritizes the ability of 21st century skills that must be  possessed by students. Education and learning paths are one of the provisions to  grow these skills, including through implementation ICT learning media. This study  aims to determine the use of information and communication technology media in  learning activities, constraints in the process of utilizing information and  communication technology media in learning activities, and the results of 21st  century skills of students after implementing ICT-based learning media. This  research uses a qualitative approach descriptive method where the data collection  uses data in the form of words, and images. The resource persons in the study  amounted to 19 people consisting of 1 school principal, 2 grade IV teachers and 16  grade IV students of SDIT Mumtaz Al-Bantani. From the results of the study shows  that learning activities with ICT-based learning media carried out, the use of ICT  media as a learning medium used to improve 21st century skills can be used  properly.
