Menjahit di Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK)
note: Tujuan dari pembuatan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui: bagaimana (1) Manajemen program pelatihan menjahit dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan peserta pelatihan di UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Pandeglang (2) peningkatan keterampilan peserta pelatihan menjahit di UPT Balai Latihan Kerja Kabupaten Pandeglang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang didasarkan pada data atau informasi yang diperoleh melalui penelitian dengan: 1) Observasi, 2) Wawancara, 3) Dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini diantaranya reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa 1) Manajemen program pelatihan menjahit dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan peserta pelatihan sudah berjalan dengan baik, pengelola melakukan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 2) peningkatan keterampilan peserta pelatihan menjahit berupa empat aspek yang meliputi keterampilan dasar (Basic Skill), keahlian teknik (Technical Skill), keahlian interpersonal (Interpersonal Skill), penyelesaian masalah (Problem Solving).
abstract: The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out: how (1) Management of the sewing training program in an effort to improve the skills of training participants at the Pandeglang Regency Job Training Center UPT (2) improve the skills of sewing training participants at the Pandeglang Regency Job Training Center UPT. This research uses qualitative research methods which are based on data or information obtained through research with: 1) Observation, 2) Interviews, 3) Documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions.
Based on the research results, it was concluded that 1) The management of the sewing training program in an effort to improve the skills of the training participants was running well, the management carried out the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. 2) improving the skills of sewing training participants in the form of four aspects which include basic skills, technical skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving.
