description: The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out: how (1) Management of the sewing training program in an effort to improve the skills of training participants at the Pandeglang Regency Job Training Center UPT (2) improve the skills of sewing training participants at the Pandeglang Regency Job Training Center UPT. This research uses qualitative research methods which are based on data or information obtained through research with: 1) Observation, 2) Interviews, 3) Documentation. Data processing and data analysis techniques in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions.  Based on the research results, it was concluded that 1) The management of the sewing training program in an effort to improve the skills of the training participants was running well, the management carried out the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. 2) improving the skills of sewing training participants in the form of four aspects which include basic skills, technical skills, interpersonal skills, and problem solving.
