This study uses a quantitative method of the Quasi Experiment type. The population of this study were all students of grade VIII of SMPN 2 Kopo, while the sample in this study took two classes totaling 63 students divided into an experimental class and a control class. The experimental class will use project based learning-STEAM with Banten cultural context and the control class will use cooperative learning. The data collected in the study used a mathematical creative thinking ability test and a student perception questionnaire.
