The focus of this research is on how much Transformational Leadership is in the Populationand Civil Registration Of ice of Serang City. The researcher uses thetransformational leadership theory according to Fred Luthans with indicators of idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, andindividual concideration. The research method used is quantitative withdescriptive analysis. The population in this study is all employees of the SerangCity Population and Civil Registration Of ice, both state civil servants (ASN), Government Employees with Employment Agreements (PPPK), and HonoraryEmployees (TKK/TKS) totaling 72 people, excluding the heads of agencies whoare not included as the population in this study. The sampling technique inthisstudy uses the saturation side technique (census) because the number of population in this study is less than 100 people or respondents. The data analysistechnique uses statistical testing using SPSS ver.25. The result of this study was82.6% with a good category.
