Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui proses pemberdayaan melalui pendidikan kewirausahaan (2) Untuk mengetahui apa motivasi santriwati mengikuti program tersebut (3) Mengidentifikasi perilaku kewirausahaan santriwati. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1) Pemberdayaan santriwati dilakukan melalui tiga fase utama: penyadaran, pengkapasitasan, dan pendayaan. Ketiga fase ini berhasil mendorong kepercayaan diri, kreativitas, keberanian mengambil risiko, dan orientasi pada hasil dalam diri santriwati. 2) Motivasi mereka untuk mengikuti program ini didorong oleh keinginan belajar keterampilan praktis, bercita-cita menjadi wirausahawan, serta pengaruh lingkungan sosial dan nilai-nilai pesantren. 3) Perilaku kewirausahaan santriwati menunjukkan perkembangan positif, termasuk dalam aspek kepemimpinan, inovasi produk, dan kemampuan menghadapi risiko. abstract: his study discusses the empowerment of female students based on entrepreneurship as an effort to improve the entrepreneurial behavior of female students at the junior high and senior high school levels at the La Tansa Islamic Boarding School, Lebak, Banten. This study aims to (1) Determine the empowerment process through entrepreneurship education (2) To find out how motivated students are in participating in the entrepreneurship program. (3) Identify the entrepreneurial behavior of female students. The method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that, 1) The empowerment of female students is carried out through three main phases: awareness, capacity building, and empowerment.
