description: his study discusses the empowerment of female students based on  entrepreneurship as an effort to improve the entrepreneurial behavior of female  students at the junior high and senior high school levels at the La Tansa Islamic  Boarding School, Lebak, Banten. This study aims to (1) Determine the  empowerment process through entrepreneurship education (2) To find out how  motivated students are in participating in the entrepreneurship program. (3)  Identify the entrepreneurial behavior of female students. The method used is a  qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and  documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that, 1) The empowerment  of female students is carried out through three main phases: awareness, capacity  building, and empowerment. These three phases have succeeded in encouraging  self-confidence, creativity, courage to take risks, and orientation towards results  in female students. 2) Their motivation to participate in this program is driven by  the desire to learn practical skills, aspire to become entrepreneurs, and the  influence of the social environment and values of the Islamic boarding school. 3)  The entrepreneurial behavior of female students shows positive developments,  including in aspects of leadership, product innovation, and the ability to face  risks.
