This research is located at Integrated Agricultural System Area in Curug District,   Serang City, Banten, from May to August 2024. This research uses a factorial   Randomized Block Design with three replications. The first factor is the   composition of the planting media, which consists of 4 ratios: soil : husk charcoal :   cow manure fertilizer (1:1:1), soil : husk charcoal : cow manure fertilizer (2:1:1),   soil : husk charcoal : cow manure fertilizer (1:2:1), and soil : husk charcoal : cow   manure fertilizer. (1:1:2). The second factor is the concentration of liquid organic   fertilizer, which consists of 3 levels: 6 ml/l, 8 ml/l, and 10 ml/l. The results showed   that the composition of the planting media of soil: husk charcoal: cow manure   fertilizer (1:2:1) providing the best results on the parameters of plant height (47,55   cm), number of leaves (37 leaves), tuber diameter (22,05 mm), wet weight of tubers   (50,44 g), and dry weight of tubers (45,44 g). The concentration of liquid organic   fertilizer at 8 ml/l providing the best results on the parameters of plant height (46,16   cm), number of leaves (36,17 leaves), number of tubers (6,21 tubers), tuber   diameter (22,23 mm), wet weight of tubers (46,88 g), and dry weight of tubers   (41,42 g). There was an interaction between the two factors on the plant height   parameter at 2 weeks after planting.
