The research employs a quantitative method. The population involved in the study consists of 92 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Banten Selatan, with the entire population being used as the sample through a census sampling technique. Data analysis is conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 tool.
