description: This research elucidates the dual function of women inside households in inclusive families in Tangerang City. This study aims to assess the influence and dual function of women in inclusive families in Tangerang City, specifically on their home and public duties in Gondrong Village. This research employs the functional structural theory articulated by Talcott Parsons. The research methodology employed in this study is qualitative, utilizing a case study approach. This research employs non-participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation as data gathering methodologies. The participants in this study are housewives residing in Gondrong Village. Moreover, her spouse and offspring serve as corroborative informants. This research employs the Miles and Huberman data analysis paradigm, which comprises four stages: data gathering, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drafting. This study concludes that women in inclusive families in Gondrong Village, Tangerang City, effectively fulfill their dual roles in household and public spheres. Women persist in doing domestic responsibilities effectively as housewives, aligning with household tasks while prioritizing family. Women occupy public positions as factory workers and domestic aides. The influence of women's conflicting responsibilities in domestic and public spheres in Gondrong Village results in restricted family time and insufficient attention to children. Nonetheless, there is robust economic advancement within the family to address familial demands..
