This research uses quantitative methods with a saturated sample size of 56 respondents.   The variables used by researchers are Job Training, Extrinsic Motivation and Work Discipline   as independent variables and employee performance variables as dependent variables. The   analytical methods that will be used in this research are descriptive statistical analysis methods,   measurement analysis methods, analysis methods, structural models and partial tests (t tests)   using the Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0 (SmartPLS) program   The research results show that job training has a positive effect on employee   performance and is significant on employee performance with t-count results of 1.985 > t table   1.96 and a significance level of 0.048 < 0.05. Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant   effect on employee performance with a t-count of 4.224 > t-table 1.96 and a significance level of   0.000 < 0.05. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with   t-count results of 3.817 > t-table 1.96 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
