Students are less involved in forming their own knowledge by developing logical thinking that includes understanding concepts, facts, and then translating them into a product. That characteristic encompasses the scope of science process skills. In fulfilling students' science process skills, an appropriate project-based learning model is needed, and the solution is to implement the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model with a STEM approach. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). This research aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after implementing PjBL-STEM to stimulate students' science process skills in reaction rate material. The research design used is a Quasi-Experimental design (pseudo-experiment) with a one group pre-test-post-test design type. The research sample consisted of 30 students from the XI IPA 1 class at MAN 2 Cilegon, selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The instruments used include LKPD, Teaching Modules, observation sheets for science process skills, and test questions. Data analysis techniques based on descriptive statistical analysis (results of test instruments and observation of students' science process skills) and inferential statistical analysis (uji normalitas, paired sample t-test, reliabilitas, validitas. The results show that science process skills are stimulated by the PJBL-STEM model as evidenced by the sign value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 and significant differences in learning outcomes from tests and observations. Peserta didik kurang dilibatkan dalam membentuk pengetahuan sendiri dalam membangun cara berpikir secara logis yang memuat tentang pemahaman konsep, fakta-fakta lalu menuangkannya dalam suatu produk. Karakter tersebut merupakan cakupan dari keterampilan proses sains. Dalam memenuhi keterampilan proses sains siswa dibutuhkan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk berbasis proyek, solusinya dengan menerapkan model Project Based Learning (PJBL) dengan pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan enerapan PjBL-STEM untuk menstimulus keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi laju reaksi. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasy Eksperimental design (eksperimen semu) dengan jenis one group pre test-post test design. Sampel penelitiannya adalah siswa-siswi kelas XI IPA 1 di MAN 2 Cilegon sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan seperti LKPD, Modul Ajar, lembar observasi keterampilan proses sains dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data berdasarkan analisis statistik deskriptif (hasil instrumen tes dan observasi keterampilan proses sains siswa) dan analisis statistik inferensial (uji normalitas, paired sample t-test, reliabilitas, validitas). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan proses sains terstimulus dengan model PJBL-STEM yang dibuktikan dengan nilai sign. (2- tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 serta perbedaan hasil belajar dari tes dan observasi yang signifikan. Keterampilan Proses Sains dari observasi terstimulus dengan rata-rata dari 10 indikator sebesar 91% yang berada pada kategori sangat baik. %A NURRAMALIA YUSROFIANI
