Students are less involved in forming their own knowledge by developing logical thinking that includes understanding concepts, facts, and then translating them into a product. That characteristic encompasses the scope of science process skills. In fulfilling students' science process skills, an appropriate project-based learning model is needed, and the solution is to implement the Project Based Learning (PJBL) model with a STEM approach. (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). This research aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after implementing PjBL-STEM to stimulate students' science process skills in reaction rate material. The research design used is a Quasi-Experimental design (pseudo-experiment) with a one group pre-test-post-test design type. The research sample consisted of 30 students from the XI IPA 1 class at MAN 2 Cilegon, selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The instruments used include LKPD, Teaching Modules, observation sheets for science process skills, and test questions. Data analysis techniques based on descriptive statistical analysis (results of test instruments and observation of students' science process skills) and inferential statistical analysis (uji normalitas, paired sample t-test, reliabilitas, validitas. The results show that science process skills are stimulated by the PJBL-STEM model as evidenced by the sign value. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 and significant differences in learning outcomes from tests and observations.
