description: This study aims to describe the profile of female heads of households (PEKKA),  especially in the PEKKA Anyelir group in Aren Jaya Village, East Bekasi District,  describe the implementation of the female head of household (PEKKA)  empowerment program and describe the achievements of the female head of  household (PEKKA) empowerment program. This study uses a qualitative  approach with a descriptive method which was carried out from January to  November 2024. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews  and documentation with data sources, namely a program manager, two program  trainers, three PEKKA Anyelir group administrators and seven PEKKA Anyelir  members. Then the data was analyzed through three stages, namely data  reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study  showed that the lives of group members and administrators vary, where a small  part had to live without the presence of a deceased husband, while most had to  live with a husband who was no longer working. Their lives are also quite good  with the various small home businesses that they are engaged in. Although, they  must be assisted by the government with the social assistance they receive. The  implementation of the female head of household (PEKKA) empowerment program  has also gone well and in accordance with the needs of program participants.  However, there are shortcomings in the form of no efforts to improve the  characteristics and attitudes of program trainers and limited budget available.  Even so, many benefits are felt by program participants, namely increased income  that affects the fulfillment of clothing, food, family education aspects and  increased knowledge related to family health and increased participation of  female heads of households (PEKKA) in the community. However, the aspect of  fulfilling housing needs and religious aspects has not seen much improvement felt  by program participants. Therefore, this empowerment program needs to continue  to be developed by paying attention to the sustainability of the program by  supporting program participants to develop their skills so that they can develop  the businesses they are engaged in and increase the scope of the program so that  it can be felt by the entire community.
