At the secondary packaging station there are 2 methods used in packaging, namely using machines and manually. The secondary packaging station consists of 7 lines where on lines 1 and 4 the packaging process is carried out using machines and on lines 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 the packaging is done manually. At the solid secondary packaging station, it is known that line 3 has the smallest production percentage. So that in this line, lean ergonomics is implemented by identifying 7 wastes and complaints and work fatigue to increase productivity. The research was conducted by identifying 7 wastes, VSM, nordic body map (NBM) and cardiovascular (%CVL). The research results show that the dominant waste that occurs is waiting waste of 45% and defect waste of 41%. The results of the measurement of complaints and fatigue showed that there were no complaints and fatigue felt by the operator. Where the fatigue score obtained was 48.3 and the average fatigue score obtained was 24.61%. After that, an analysis was conducted to determine the root cause of waste using fishbone diagrams and risk priority number (RPN). From the analysis results, it is known that the main cause of waste waiting is operator imbalance with an RPN score of 84 and the main cause of waste defect is operator saturation with an RPN score of 72. The proposed improvements made to waste waiting are the division of operators at each station and the merging of cartoning and weighing work stations and for waste defects, improvements are proposed in the form of training and job rotation. The results of the proposed improvements show a reduction in packaging process time from 242,89 seconds to 72,27 seconds
