This study uses a quantitative experimental method with a pre-experimental approach with a One Group Pre-test Post-test research design which is designed using a pre-test that is carried out before being given treatment and post-test is carried out after being given treatment. The total population is 242 students of Class XI at SMA Negeri 84 Jakarta for the 2024/2025 school year. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 10 students who were indicated to have low intrapersonal communication skills, then were given treatment. The analysis technique used in hypothesis testing is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. The results of the study were seen from the implementation of the pre-test and post-test there was a significant increase from the average score of 7.8 to 29.4. Analysis of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test in the process of making a hypothesis decision, the value of 0.005 is more than 0.05, then it can be concluded that the hypothesis is declared accepted. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. In terms of statistical data, it can be concluded that the role playing technique can improve intrapersonal communication skills in students. %Z Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi intrapersonal siswa dengan pemberian layana bimbingan kelompok menggunakan teknik role playing di SMA Negeri 84 Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dengan pendekatan pra-eksperimen (pre-eksperimental) dengan desain penelitian One Group Pre-test Post-test yang diuur menggunakan pre-test yang dilakukan sebelum diberikan perlakuan dan post-test dilaksanakan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 242 siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 84 Jakarta tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan mendapatkan 10 siswa yang terindikasi adanya kemampuan komunikasi intrapersonal rendah, kemudian diberikan perlakuan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam pengujian hipotesis, yaitu Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari pelaksanaan pre-test dan post-test adanya peningkatan secara signifikan dari nilai rata-rata sebesar 7,8 menjadi 29,4. Analisis uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test pada proses pengambilan Keputusan hipotesis, nilai 0.005 lebih dari 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Secara data statistic, dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik role playing dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi intrapersonal pada siswa.
