TY - THES Y1 - 2025/// N1 - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh larutan priming organik dan lama perendaman terhadap peningkatan mutu fisiologis dan pertumbuhan benih kedelai kadaluwarsa (Glycine max (L.) Merril). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus hingga November 2024, di laboratorium kultur jaringan dan obor pangan lestari (OPAL) di Kawasan Sistem Pertanian Terpadu, Kota Serang, Banten. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis perlakuan larutan priming organik pada benih yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu air kelapa, ekstrak bawang merah, dan ekstrak daun kelor. Faktor kedua adalah lama perendaman yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu perendaman 6 jam, 12 jam, dan 18 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perendaman dalam larutan air kelapa terhadap indeks vigor, tinggi tanaman (20; 30; 40 HST), dan jumlah daun trifoliate. Sedangkan perlakuan lama perendaman 6 jam memberikan pengaruh terhadap daya kecambah benih (%), keserempakan pertumbuhan (%), indeks vigor (%), dan persentase kecambah abnormal (%). Kemudian perlakuan lama perendaman selama 12 jam memberikan pengaruh terhadap jumlah cabang pada umur 10, 30 dan 40 HST. Terdapat interaksi antara jenis larutan yang digunakan dengan lama perendaman terhadap umur perkecambahan (hari) dan indeks vigor (%). Interaksi terbaik adalah air kelapa yang dikombinasikan dengan lama perendaman 6 jam. Merril) seeds. This research was conducted from August to November 2024, in the tissue culture laboratory and sustainable food torch greenhouse in the Integrated Agricultural System Area, Serang City, Banten. This research was designed using a two-factor completely randomized design. The first factor was the types of organic priming solution treatment on the seeds, which consisted of 3 levels, namely coconut water, shallot extract, and Moringa leaf extract. The second factor was immersion time, which consisted of 3 levels, namely 6 hour immersion, 12 hours, and 18 hours. The results showed that immersion in coconut water solution gave a highly significant different effect on vigor index, plant height (20; 30; 40 days after planting), and number of trifoliate leaves. Meanwhile, immersion time treatment for 6 hours gave a highly significant different effect on seed germination (%), growth simultaneity (%), vigor index (%), and percentage of abnormal sprouts (%). Then, the long immersion treatment for 12 hours gave a highly significant different effect on the number of branches at 10, 30 and 40 DAP. There is an interaction between the types of solutions used for treatment and the immersion time on germination age (day) and vigor index (%).
