The problem in this study is how to Utilize TikTok Social Media as a Digital Marketing Media, this study aims to find out Moco Fashion's social media management, the methodology in this study is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observations and documentation studies, the theory used is Friedrichsen and Wolfgang's social media management theory. The results obtained from this study are: 1. The stage of defining the value proposition of moco fashion that she convinces her followers with good quality, complete information which aims to provide ease in finding information about products, prices, promotions through Tiktok. 2. Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning stage at this stage Moco Fashion with a purchase database survey and TikTok insights, then the data is collected to determine social media management steps. 3. Operation and Delivery Stage At this stage, Moco Fashion has its own way of publishing their information by determining methods for disseminating messages and involving BAs and talents.
