description: This research aims to identify the abundance and diversity of soil fauna on three   types of land use in Baduy customary land. The method used is a quantitative   descriptive method with data collection through direct observation. The results   showed that there were two classes found, namely Insecta and Arachnida, with ten   orders identified. The highest abundance of soil fauna was found in jami land,   followed by huma and reuma. The diversity index showed that all three land types   were categorized as low. The most dominant order of Hymenoptera was found in   all land types. Environmental factors such as temperature, pH, light intensity,   rainfall, and vegetation type are thought to influence the abundance and diversity   of soil fauna in the region. The results of this study provide an overview and   understanding of the condition of soil fauna in Baduy Customary land and can be   the basis for further research.
