Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan 60 sampel siswa yang diambil secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa lembar tes untuk variabel berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif, angket untuk kolaborasi dan komunikasi dengan skala politimus, serta skala likert. Validitas instrumen menggunakan teknik korelasi Product Moment, sedangkan uji reliabilitas instrument digunakan rumus Alpha cronbach. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Regression Linier secara simultan dengan menggunakan SPSS 25.0 windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Berdasarkan Pedoman interpretasi koefisien korelasi menunjukan bahwa keterampilan 4-C yaitu kemampuan Collaboration siswa jurusan teknik mesin di SMKN 1 Kragilan yang paling banyak berkontribusi sebesar 0,807 dengan kategori sangat tinggi, keterampilan Critical Thinking berkontribusi sebesar 0,743 dengan kategori tinggi, keterampilan Creativity Thinking berkontribusi sebesar 0,709 dengan kategori tinggi dan keterampilan communication berkontribusi sebesar 0,318 dengan kategori rendah. Adapun nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,815 yang berarti besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas (Berpikir Kritis, Berpikir Kreatif, Kolaborasi, Komunikasi) terhadap variabel terikat (Kesiapan kerja) adalah 81,5 %, dan 18,5 % terakhir dipengaruhi oleh faktor luar berpikir kritis, berpikir kreatif, kolaborasi, komunikasi. abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between 4-C skills (critical thinking, creative thinking, collaboration and communication) and the job readiness of students majoring in mechanical engineering at SMKN 1 Kragilan. This research includes quantitative research with a survey method. This study is a sample study of 60 students and taken randomly. The research instruments used were test sheets for critical thinking and creative thinking variables and questionnaires for collaboration and communication with the polythymus scale and Likert scale. The validity of the instrument uses the Product Moment correlation technique, while the reliability test of the instrument uses the Alpha cronbach formula. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive statistics, analysis prerequisite tests, and hypothesis tests using Linear Regression simultaneously using spss 25.0 windows. The results of the study show that based on the correlation coefficient interpretation guidelines, it shows that the 4-C skill, namely the ability to collaborate with students majoring in mechanical engineering at SMKN 1 Kragilan, contributed the most by 0.807 with a very high category, Critical Thinking skills contributed by 0.743 with a high category, Creativity Thinking skills contributed by 0.709 with a high category and communication skills contributed by 0.318 with a low category.
