Therefore, the lawsuit to be filed must be prepared correctly and meet the formal requirements and material requirements, lawsuits that contain formal defects or material defects can be excluded by the opposing party/defendant. In this study, there are 2 (two) research focuses, namely: (1) What is the basis for the consideration of the Tangerang District Court Judge in deciding case Number 1194/Pdt.G/2022/PN Tng which states that the lawsuit is inadmissible (N.O)?, (2) What are the consequences and legal remedies for Decision Number 1194/Pdt.G/2022/PN Tng on the decision of the Tangerang District Court which states that it is unacceptable (N.O)?. This study uses an empirical normative juridical legal research type with a legal, conceptual and case approach. From the results of the research, The Tangerang District Court Panel of Judges has been running according to the civil case process at the District Court. In deciding case Number 1194/Pdt.G/2022/PN Tng, the Panel of Judges did not pay attention to article 178 of the HIR which explains that judges are obliged to satisfy all legal reasons. The consequences and efforts of the decision 1194/Pdt.G/2022/PN Tng which was declared unacceptable were the incompletion of the subject matter of the case and required the Plaintiff to pay the costs of the case, then the Plaintiff could try to resue the lawsuit regarding the subject matter."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
