N1  - Penelitian ini mengukur tingkat produktivitas pada UMKM Tahu Bandung Sutra yang kemudian di identifikasi faktor yang mempengaruhinya serta merencakan usulan perbaikan. Berdasarkan metode American Productivity Center (APC), indeks produktivitas total UMKM periode Januari hingga Juni sebesar 100%, 101,39%, 98,44%, 91,57%, 95,40%, dan 95,43%. menurun pada bulan Maret, April, Mei,  dan Juni, Sedangkan indeks profitabilitasnya sebesar 100%,  104,12%,  99,47%, 89,10%, 109,56%, dan 126,44% menurun di bulan Maret dan April. Indeks perbaikan harga UMKM periode Januari hingga Juni sebesar 1,0, 1,03, 1,01, 0,97, 1,15, dan 1,32. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dengan fishbhone diagram salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh kurang tanggapnya terhadap perubahan harga bahan baku kacang kedelai, sehingga salah satu usulan yang dapat diberikan berdasarkan analisa dan brainsorming yaitu melakukan kontrak kerjasama atau melakukan survei untuk mendapatkan alternatif pemasok.

N2  - This research measures the level of productivity in Tahu Bandung Sutra MSMEs, then identifies the factors that influence it and plans recommendations for improvement. Based on the American Productivity Center (APC) method, the total productivity index for the January to June period was 100%, 101.39%, 98.44%, 91.57%, 95.40% and 95.43%. decreased in March, April, May, and June, while the profitability index was 100%, 104.12%, 99.47%, 89.10%, 109.56%, and 126.44% decreased in March and April. The price improvement index for the period January to June was 1.0, 1.03, 1.01, 0.97, 1.15 and 1.32. Based on the results of identification with the fishbhone diagram, one of them is influenced by the lack of responsiveness to changes in the price of soybean raw materials, so one of the suggestions that can be given based on analysis and brainstorming is to enter into a cooperation contract or conduct a survey to find alternative suppliers.
