description: Violence against children is a problem that currently often occurs in educational units. To overcome this problem, the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia issued a Child Friendly School Programme Policy with the aim of upholding the rights and protecting children in school. This research focuses on the Child Friendly School programme in Pandeglang Regency. The problems of this research are the lack of training of Child Friendly School program for educators and education staff, the absence of special school team as the coordinator of Child Friendly School implementation, the lack of socialisation related to Child Friendly School program and the lack of support for Child Friendly School infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of implementation of the Child Friendly School programme in Pandeglang Regency. The theory used in this research is the theory of policy implementation according to George C. Edward III which consists of four indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The results of the hypothesis test calculation state that t-count> t-table (51.646> 1.668), then the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. The percentage of the implementation of the Child-Friendly School Programme according to the research respondents' responses of 75% is included in the good category.
