The theory used in this research is policy evaluation by William N. Dunn (2017: 322) which has 6 (six) policy evaluation indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, accuracy. The results of this research indicate that the results of the implementation of the fishing gear assistance program can be said to be quite good in its implementation. However, there are still obstacles in the amount of fishing equipment assistance distributed to Joint Business Groups (KUB) which is still not sufficient to be distributed evenly to members, the assistance provided is not sufficient to overcome existing problems, and there are still obstacles in the process of applying for equipment assistance. catch fisheries. So the Fishing Equipment Assistance Program in Pakuhaji District, Tangerang Regency has not been fully implemented well and optimally. The suggestions in this research are that it is necessary to adjust the amount of fisheries fishing equipment assistance when handing over aid to each group, so that the assistance provided can be felt by all members, and there is a need for monitoring of fishery fishing gear submissions in progress, because there are still obstacles experienced by KUB.
