description: The study aims to investigate the relation between product variety and online service quality on customer satisfaction at UMKM PAV Pizza in Bandung, West Java. Product variety and service quality are crucial factors influencing customer satisfaction in the context of processed food businesses. The study employs descriptive analysis and quantitative methods, specifically multiple linear regression analysis using the Stepwise method, with data collected through   questionnaires distributed to PAV Pizza online consumers. The findings indicate that product variety has a high impact on PAV Pizza’s online consumers and that online service quality has the most significant impact on customer satisfaction. Based on these findings, UMKM PAV Pizza is expected to continue enhancing its product variety and improving its service quality to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in the future.
