Roads are important infrastructure in the transportation system of a city or region. City development is shaped by the activities as well as behavior of urban communities. Serang city, with its territory growing to become the capital of Banten Province, shows an increase in volume on its roads. The problem of congested roads also occurs in South Tangerang City. To find out the performance of Serang and South Tangerang City roads, calculations can be carried out manually using PKJI 2014. However, after a period of time, exsist an applications that could calculate the performance of road sections, the application is called RAKJa. From research that has been done by taking several roads in two cities, namely Serang City and South Tangerang City, the percentage difference between Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 2014 and RAKJa calculations was obtained. where in vehicle volume there is difference of 0,001% - 1,01%, in road capacity there is difference of 1,4%, in the degree of saturation there is a difference difference of 1,125%. Finally, in terms of service level, there is no difference at all or 0%.
