This will also teach children that by understanding the basics of reading the Qur'an so that when they grow up they understand the guidelines of their religion. In addition, recognizing hijaiyah letters will help shape children's character to be applied in everyday life. In this case, early childhood can be introduced to hijaiyah letters by the teacher by providing a variety of learning media that will help increase children's interest in learning. This research was conducted at RA Al-Fattah with the aim of this study is to find out the variations of learning media, the implementation until the discovery of the advantages and disadvantages of each media. Data collection techniques by conducting observations, in-depth interviews and strengthened by field documentation. The conclusion is that RA Al-Fattah has implemented several learning media that can support the implementation of the introduction of hijaiyah letters in children aged 5-6 including iqro books equipped with achievement books, posters, exercise books, flashcards and missing hijaiyah. In applying these media, it is necessary to have 3 processes carried out by the teacher, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation to find out the feedback given by the child and to find out the advantages and disadvantages of each media.
