Untuk mendukung sistem pertanian organik, fauna tanah merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas struktur tanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari hubungan antara keanekaragaman fauna tanah dengan sifat kimia tanah seperti pH, C-organik dan N-total. Pengambilan sampel fauna tanah menggunakan perangkap jebakan yang disimpan selama dua puluh empat jam. Pengamatan sampel fauna tanah menggunakan mikroskop stereo dan identifikasi menggunakan aplikasi picture insect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap lahan memiliki kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap lahan memiliki kelimpahan dan keanekaragaman yang berbeda. Kelimpahan tertinggi ditemukan pada lahan kebun campuran (90 individu) dan kelimpahan terendah ditemukan pada lahan sawah (54 individu). Hutan sekunder memiliki keanekaragaman tertinggi (1,57%) dan bahan organik tanah serta N-total tertinggi dibandingkan dengan lahan lainnya (BO: 5,17%, N-total: 0,34%). Korelasi antara fauna tanah dengan sifat kimia tanah menunjukkan adanya korelasi negatif yang kuat pada genus Acheta (jangkrik) terhadap BO dan N-total tanah. Sehingga BO 5,17% dan N-total 0,34% dapat menurunkan populasi jangkrik di lahan Reuma. Jangkrik lebih menyukai BO 3,74% dan N-total 0,24% pada lahan Huma. Sementara itu, genus Heteropoda menunjukkan korelasi positif yang kuat dengan BO tanah dan N-total.
