To support the organic farming system, soil fauna is one of the important factors that play a role in improving the quality of soil structure. This research aims to study the relationship between soil fauna diversity and soil chemical properties such as pH, C-organic and N-total. Soil fauna sampling uses pitfall traps that are stored for twenty-four hours. Observation of soil fauna samples using stereo microscope and identification using picture insect application. The results showed that each land has different abundance and diversity. The results showed that each land has different abundance and diversity. The highest abundance was found in mixed garden land (90 individuals) and the smallest abundance was found in dryland rice (54 individuals). Secondary forest has the highest diversity (1.57%) and soil organic matter and N-total are the highest compared to other land (BO: 5.17%, N-total: 0.34%). The correlation between soil fauna and soil chemical properties showed a strong negative correlation in the genus Acheta (crickets) to soil BO and N-total. So that BO 5.17% and N-total 0.34% can reduce the cicada population on Reuma land. Crickets prefer BO 3.74% and N-total 0.24% on Huma land. Meanwhile, the Heteropod genus showed a strong positive correlation with soil BO and N-total.
