The plant growth parameters measured were plant height, wet plant weight and dry plant weight. This study was conducted from June 2023 to June 2024. Testing the optimization of POC (Liquid Organic Fertilizer) banana corm with the introduction of endophytic fungi on chili plants (Capsicum annum) using RALF (Factorial Completely Randomized Design). There were two treatments, namely the type of endophytic fungi and the type of fertilizer. This study was conducted until the chili planting period was 4 weeks. The roots of curly red chili plants (Capsicum annum) at 4 MST were subjected to the root coloring stage. The results of observations of chili plant growth were calculated using ANOVA if they showed significant differences (p = > 0.005) then continued using DMRT (Duncan's Multiple Range Test). The percentage of root colonization, spore density and diversity index were also calculated. The results of the study found that curly red chili plants in the treatment of POC AB Mix (P0), 100% banana stem POC, (P1) and 50% banana stem POC (P2) with the introduction of endophytic fungi VY (CE1) were the highest growth rates. The results of root staining showed variations in endophytic fungal infections in the form of hyphae, appressorium, and chlamydiospores.
