description: This research aims to develop and to assess the feasibility of teaching material EMOVI (E-Module Virus) based on socio-scientific issues by material experts, media experts, and user response tests. This study’s method was using the research and development (R&D) method with the 4D research design, which consists of four stages: define, design, development, and disseminate. The research was conducted from November 2023 to November 2024 at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University, SMAN 10 Kabupaten Pandeglang, SMAN 1 Ciruas, and SMAN 7 Kota Serang. The subjects of this research were 3 material experts, 3 learning media experts, and 14 class X students as users. Based on the results of feasibility test by material experts an average value of 97.53% and by media experts an average value of  94.44%, both indicating a very feasible category. The results of user response tests (students) an average value of 92.60% (very feasible category). Based on the results, EMOVI (E-Module Virus) based on socio-scientific issues is very suitable to be used as a teaching material in learning the virus.
