The research aimed to determine the effect of the metaphorming learning model on the creativity of 10th-grade students at SMAN 5 Cilegon in the sub-concept of environmental change and preservation. The research method used was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest and posttest control group design. The study was conducted at SMAN 5 Cilegon during the 2023/2024 academic year. The research sample consisted of 60 students, with 30 students in the control group and 30 students in the experimental group, selected using purposive sampling. Data collection employed both test and non-test instruments. The data analysis techniques used in this study included validity tests, reliability tests, difficulty levels, and discrimination power. The results revealed that the students' creativity in creative thinking and creative products taught using the metaphorming learning model was higher compared to those taught using the PJBL model. The average score for creativity in creative thinking in the control class was 50.47, categorized as less creative, while in the experimentall class, it was 62.67, categorized as sufficiently creative. Meanwhile, the average score for creative products in the experimental class was 73.33, categorized as creative, and in the control class, it was 63.36, categorized as sufficiently creative.
