Technology supports educators in improving the quality of learning, especially for reaction rate topics, which are difficult for students due to abstract concepts and numerous calculations. This research developed an interactive learning media using Articulate Storyline, based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL) for reaction rate material, to facilitate the delivery of content and enhance student motivation and understanding. The development model used is ADDIE, with data collected through interviews, student needs analysis, and literature review. The media's validity was tested using Aiken's V index, yielding material validity of 0.91 and media validity of 0.93. A limited trial was conducted with 38 students from class XI at SMA Negeri 6 Serang, achieving an 87% student response rate. The learning process followed the PBL syntax with 100% implementation. The average student score on case studies and quizzes was 88, exceeding the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM).
