This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing the metaverse integrated hydroponic cultivation e-module to increase high school students digital literacy in the concept of plant growth and development. The research method used was a quasi-experiment method as part of the development (field test) stage of the research and development (R&D) method with a One-Shot Case Study research design. The research was carried out in June-December 2024 in class XII MIPA 4 SMAN 7 Serang City with a total sample of 31 students. Learning effectiveness is seen from student learning outcomes (measured by digital literacy test instruments) and the learning process (measured by student response questionnaires regarding the use of e-modules, learning implementation observation sheets, and reflection journals). The results of research on student learning outcomes measured using digital literacy tests obtained an score of 86.29% which is in the effective category. Apart from that, supported by questionnaire data on student responses to the use of e-modules, an score of 91.72% was obtained, which is in the very appropriate category.
