description: The development of integrated science literacy instruments NOSLiT (The Nature of Science Literacy Test) intend to develop science literacy instruments motivated by the availability instruments for measuring science literacy in biology learning. The development of the instrument uses the ADDIE model with the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The development of the instrument produced 50 questions with a reasoned multiple-choice question type with a validity of 86% and a very good reliability coefficient shown with a value of 0.84. Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the NOSLiT test instrument developed is suitable to be used to measure students' science literacy and as an evaluation tool in biology learning.
