High schools description: Environmental problems are becoming a serious issue, the ability to overcome environmental problems through increasing environmental literacy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of e-modules for making liquid organic fertilizer from SETS-based organic waste (Science, Environment, Technology, and Society) to support environmental literacy (as a learning resource on the concept of environmental change). The research method used in this study is Research & Development at the development stage of the field trial section. The design used in this research is the one-shot case study design. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 7 Kota Serang and the Faculty of Teacher Training and Biology Education, UNTIRTA. The effectiveness of learning is seen from learning outcomes (measured by essay questions) and the learning process (assessed from student response questionnaires on the use of the POC e-modules, learning implementation observation sheets, and reflection journals). The results of the research on the effectiveness of the application of POC e modules showed that the learning outcomes measured through essay questions obtained an average value of 80,6% which was included in the effective level. Furthermore, the results of the response trial obtained an average value of 84,58% which fell into the feasible category.
