description: The problem of climate change has an impact on all aspects of people’s lives. The government issued a policy stated in PermenLHK No. 84 of 2016 concering the Climate Village Program. On of the villages that participated in the implementation of Proklim is Pete Village RW.05 in Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency. In it’s implementation, Proklim in Pete Village encountered several problems, namely the minimal involvement of human resources involved in the Proklim managemen structure, the lack of human resources of the Tangerang Regency DLHK apparatus, the lack of coordination between the Tangerang Regency DLHK and the Proklim supervisors, and the lack of monitoring and evaluation from the DLHK. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Climate Village Program in Pete Village, Tigaraksa District, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. The theory used is Leo Agustino’s evaluation theory with five dimensions used, namely human resources, institution, infrastructure and technology, finance and regulations. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the study showed that the implementation of Proklim in Pete Village not optimal, the competence of the supervisors and coordinators of Proklim activities was good. However, the understanding of the community implementing the activities regarding the meaning of regulations, both the definition and objectives of Proklim, was still lacking because they only understood it as a reforestation activity. Supporting dacilities in KWT activities were still minimally available. In addition, there was no scheduled monitoring and evaluation carried out by the Tangerang Regency DLHK on the Proklim location. Recommendations include increasing socialization related to Proklim and climate change by the Tangerang Regency DLHK to the Pete Village community, increasing the provision of activity facilities and infrastructure, conducting scheculed monitoring and evaluation, and building a communication flow between activity implementers and the Pete Village government.
