Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun Kelompok Wanita Tani Kubang Lestari, Desa Penauan, Kecamatan Ciwandan, Kota Cilegon, Provinsi Banten, mulai bulan Juni 2023 hingga September 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah jenis pupuk organik dengan 4 taraf yaitu 0 ton/ha, pupuk kotoran ayam 10 ton/ha, pupuk kotoran kambing 10 ton/ha, dan pupuk kotoran sapi 10 ton/ha. Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk NPK dengan 3 taraf yaitu 0 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, dan 300 kg/ha. Kombinasi ini menghasilkan 36 satuan percobaan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan, jenis pupuk kotoran ayam (K1) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap lebar daun 6 MST, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot per hektar, dan daya hasil. Jenis pupuk kotoran kambing (K2) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman 6 MST dan panjang daun 6 MST. Jenis pupuk kotoran sapi (K3) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap diameter batang 6 MST. Dosis pupuk NPK 150 kg/ha (P1) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman 2 MST, diameter batang 2 MST, jumlah daun 4 dan 6 MST, panjang daun 2 dan 4 MST. Dosis pupuk NPK 300 kg/ha (P2) memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap tinggi tanaman 4 dan 6 MST, diameter batang 4 dan 6 MST, panjang daun 6 MST, lebar daun 4 dan 6 MST, bobot tongkol berkelobot, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot, bobot tongkol tanpa kelobot per hektar, daya hasil, panjang tongkol, diameter tongkol, jumlah biji per tongkol, dan bobot 100 biji per tongkol. Tidak terdapat interaksi antara jenis pupuk organik (K) dan dosis pupuk NPK (P) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman jagung pulut. abstract: The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of the type of organic fertilizer and the dose of NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of glutinous corn (Zea mays ceratina L.). This research was carried out in the garden of the Kubang Lestari Women's Farmers Group, Penauan Village, Ciwandan District, Cilegon Regency, Banten Province, from June 2023 to September 2023. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the type of organic fertilizer with 4 levels, namely 0 tons/ha, chicken manure 10 tons/ha, goat manure 10 tons/ha, and cow manure 10 tons/ha. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer with 3 levels, namely 0 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, and 300 kg/ha. This combination produces 36 experimental units. Based on the results and discussion, the type of chicken manure fertilizer (K1) gave the best effect on the leaf width 6 WAP, weight of cobs without husk, weight of cobs without husk per hectar, and corn yield. The type of goat manure fertilizer (K2) gave the best effect on the plant height 6 WAP and leaf length 6 WAP. The type of cow manure fertilizer (K3) gave the best effect on the stem diameter 6 WAP. The NPK fertilizer dose of 150 kg/ha (P1) gave the best effect on the plant height 2 WAP, stem diameter 2 WAP, number of leaves 4 and 6 WAP, leaf length 2 and 4 WAP. The NPK fertilizer dose of 300 kg/ha (P2) gave the best effect on the plant height 4 and 6 WAP, stem diameter 4 and 6 WAP, leaf length 6 WAP, leaf width 4 and 6 WAP, weight of cobs with husks, weight of cobs without husks, weight of cobs without husk per hectar, corn yield, cob length, cob diameter, number of seeds per cob, and weight of 100 seeds per cob.
