This research was carried out in the garden of the Kubang Lestari Women's Farmers Group, Penauan Village, Ciwandan District, Cilegon Regency, Banten Province, from June 2023 to September 2023. This research used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 factors. The first factor is the type of organic fertilizer with 4 levels, namely 0 tons/ha, chicken manure 10 tons/ha, goat manure 10 tons/ha, and cow manure 10 tons/ha. The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer with 3 levels, namely 0 kg/ha, 150 kg/ha, and 300 kg/ha. This combination produces 36 experimental units. Based on the results and discussion, the type of chicken manure fertilizer (K1) gave the best effect on the leaf width 6 WAP, weight of cobs without husk, weight of cobs without husk per hectar, and corn yield. The type of goat manure fertilizer (K2) gave the best effect on the plant height 6 WAP and leaf length 6 WAP. The type of cow manure fertilizer (K3) gave the best effect on the stem diameter 6 WAP. The NPK fertilizer dose of 150 kg/ha (P1) gave the best effect on the plant height 2 WAP, stem diameter 2 WAP, number of leaves 4 and 6 WAP, leaf length 2 and 4 WAP. The NPK fertilizer dose of 300 kg/ha (P2) gave the best effect on the plant height 4 and 6 WAP, stem diameter 4 and 6 WAP, leaf length 6 WAP, leaf width 4 and 6 WAP, weight of cobs with husks, weight of cobs without husks, weight of cobs without husk per hectar, corn yield, cob length, cob diameter, number of seeds per cob, and weight of 100 seeds per cob.
