%X This development research aims to develop, determine the feasibility, and determine the response of students to Quantum Learning-based teaching materials on IPAS in elementary schools. The material in the teaching material is IPAS CHAPTER 7, grade IV. The method used is the Research and Development (R&D) research method with the 4D cycle by Thiagarajan, namely define, design, development, dissemination. The data collection techniques used are interviews on needs analysis, expert assessment questionnaires in the fields of media design, material, and language to determine product feasibility and response questionnaires of grade IV students. The results of the study based on the average value of the validation test of teaching materials in the field of media design 89.13% "Very Feasible" category, material field 81% "Very Feasible" category, and language field 80% "Feasible" category, as well as 93.93% "Very Good" learner response. Based on these results, the product in the form of teaching materials based on quantun learning is suitable for the learning process of grade IV elementary school students. %O Penelitian Pengembangan ini bertujuan mengembangkan, mengetahui kelayakan, serta mengetahui respons peserta didik pada Bahan Ajar berbasis Quantum Learning pada pembelaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar. Materi pada bahan ajar yakni IPAS BAB 7 kela IV. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan siklus 4D oleh Thiagarajan yaitu define, design, development, dissemination. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara pada analisis kebutuhan, angket penilaian ahli dalam bidang desain media, materi, dan bahasa guna mengetahui kelayakan produk dan angket respons peserta didik kelas IV. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan nilai rata-rata uji validasi terhadap bahan ajar pada bidang desain media 89,13% kategori “Sangat Layak”, bidang materi 81% kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan bidang bahasa 80% kategori “Layak”, serta respons peserta didik 93,93% “Sangat Baik”.
