description: The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Workload (X₁) and Servant Leadership (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) through Job Satisfaction (Z) at PT. Hiu Megaptera Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 85 employees of PT. Hiu Megaptera. The sample in this research is a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, namely 85 employees of PT Hiu Megaptera. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the hypothesis tested in this research. That workload and servant leadership have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between workload and servant leadership on employee performance.
