Hiu Megaptera Tangerang City. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study was 85 employees of PT. Hiu Megaptera. The sample in this research is a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled, namely 85 employees of PT Hiu Megaptera. The data analysis technique in this research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool. Based on the results of the hypothesis tested in this research.
