"Learning media is one of the efficient media in delivering material in the learning process. This study aims to develop learning media, determine the level of feasibility of media and jobsheet and test the level of effectiveness of media and jobsheet for learning electrical lighting installations using IoT-based PLTS at State Vocational High School 4, Serang City.\r\nThis research is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D), this study adopts the ADDIE model (Branch, 2009). This ADDIE model consists of five stages, namely (1) Analyze, (2) Design, (3) Develop, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation. The final product produced in this study is a media trainer and jobsheet for learning electrical installations using IoT-based PLTS. The assessment of the level of feasibility of media and learning jobsheet involved 5 media and material experts, and for product trials as users using class XI TITL 2 students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering Expertise Program at State Vocational High School 4, Serang City with a total of 24 students. The data collection method in this study used data from observations, interviews, and initial knowledge tests of students.\r\nThe results of the study indicate that the level of eligibility of the media and jobsheet for learning electrical lighting installations using IoT-based PLTS refers to the eligibility of the media trainer. based on the results of the evaluation carried out by media experts in terms of display quality, technical quality, and usefulness, namely getting an overall average value of 92.3 with a score range of x ≥ 78 with the qualification \"Very Eligible\", the results of the evaluation of the eligibility of the learning jobsheet media based on the results of the evaluation carried out by material experts in terms of content quality and objectives, learning quality, and usefulness obtained an overall average value of 101 with a score range of x ≥ 84 with the qualification \"Very Eligible\". So in this case it can be interpreted that the media trainer and learning jobsheet are good and very feasible to be used by students as learning media. Then the assessment of students as users of the media trainer and learning jobsheet obtained an overall average value of 90.45 with a score range of x ≥ 81 with the qualification \"Very Eligible\". Then the level of effectiveness of the trainer media and learning jobsheet using n-gain obtained when using the trainer media and learning jobsheet for electrical lighting installation using IoT-based PLTS obtained an effectiveness level of 0.7073 which is in the n-gain interval > 0.70 or \"High Effectiveness\"."^^ .
