This study aims to determine the results of learning mathematics subtraction operations in mild mentally disabled. children in grade 1 special elementary school at Kak Seto Special School using block media. This study uses an experimental method with a single subject research (SSR) approach with an A-B-A design. The subject in this study is one of the students in class I special elementary school who has mild intellectual disability who has not been able to complete the learning of mathematics subtraction operations of unit numbers 1 to 5. The target behavior in this study is the learning outcomes of mathematics subtraction operations. Data collection techniques obtained by observation, and test questions. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics with graphical presentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the use of block media can improve the learning outcomes of mathematics subtraction operations of mild mentally disabled. children. This statement is based on the increase obtained in the target behavior, namely the increase in mathematics learning outcomes of subtraction operations in the initial condition obtained a result of 25% and then increased to 62.5%.
