%O Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan untuk memahami minat siswa SMK Jurusan Otomotif kelas 12 di Kota Serang dalam melanjutkan studi, bekerja, dan berwirausaha setelah lulus. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis tingkat minat siswa dalam tiga pilihan karir tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang diisi oleh siswa dari beberapa sekolah di Kota Serang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat siswa untuk melanjutkan studi memiliki rata-rata skor 42,77, untuk bekerja 47,53, dan untuk berwirausaha 45,86. SMK A menonjol dengan kategori "Sangat minat" baik dalam bekerja maupun berwirausaha setelah lulus. 
Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa minat siswa terhadap ketiga pilihan karir tersebut masih cukup tinggi dan bervariasi antar sekolah. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat bimbingan karir, kolaborasi dengan industri, serta pendampingan dari orang tua dan pengembangan diri siswa.
%X This research is motivated by the need to understand the interests of 12th-grade vocational high school students majoring in Automotive in Serang City in pursuing further studies, working, and entrepreneurship after graduation. The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the level of student interest in these three career choices. This research employs a survey method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires filled out by students from several schools in Serang City. The results show that the students' interest in continuing their studies has an average score of 42.77, working has an average score of 47.53, and entrepreneurship has an average score of 45.86. SMK A stands out with a "Very interested" category in both working and entrepreneurship after graduation. 
The conclusion of this study is that students' interest in these three career choices is still quite high and varies between schools. This study provides recommendations to strengthen career guidance, collaboration with the industry, as well as parental support and student self-development.career preferences based on the collected survey data.
