Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan 75 sampel dan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan data dari anggota sampel yang dipilih secara acak untuk dijadikan penelitian. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Dalam menganalisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi Smart Partial Least Square 4.0 (SmartPLS), poin yang diuji menggunakan aplikasi tersebut adalah untuk mengukur nilai outer model dan inner model. abstract: This research aims to determine and analyze the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the mediation of Job Satisfaction that occurs among employees of PT Hi-Lex Indonesia Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative research method with 75 samples and use simple random sampling technique, which involves collecting data from sample members who were selected randomly to be used on research. Data collection in this research used techniques such as observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires.
