description: The current digital era encourages the development of innovative digital teaching materials that must be responded to by increasing students digital literacy. This study aims to develop a Biolita Book prototype, determine the feasibility of the prototype based on the test assessment of material experts, media experts, and user responses (teachers and students) as interactive teaching materials to support students' digital literacy on environmental change material. The method used in this research was the R&D (Research and Development) method with a 3D model research design (define, design, and development). This research was conducted from April to December 2024 at SMAN 4 Cilegon City and at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research subjects consisted of 3 material experts, 3 media experts, 2 biology teachers, and 15 students of class X SMAN 4 Cilegon City. The results of the product feasibility assessment showed that the material experts and media experts each received an average score of 93%. The user response test   assessment received an overall average score of 90%, with an average score of 89% by students and 91% by teachers. Based on the results of the study, it can be  concluded that the overall assessment results on the development of Biolita Book (Buku Biologi Berbasis Literasi Digital) are very feasible to use as interactive teaching materials to support digital literacy on environmental change material.
