In the use of the product, there are still several\r\naspects that need to be addressed and improved in terms of functionality, features,\r\nand appearance, making it not yet suitable for commercialization and realization\r\nof its benefits. Thus, the aim of this research is to investigate potential approaches\r\nin creating a business plan for the Board Game Labirin Matematika product. The\r\nQSPM matrix and SWOT Analysis method are used in this study as decision-making\r\ntools to provide strategies that can be applied to the research product. In this case,\r\nthe IE matrix shows a growth position or growth stage. The weighted average score\r\nfor IFE is 3,173, while EFE is 3,171. This research produced 7 alternative\r\nstrategies, including implementing an online business strategy and effectively\r\nutilizing technology, leveraging and maximzing collaborations with educational\r\ninstitutions, improving management quality, enhacing product features, boosting\r\nproduct image and competitive advantages to gain competitiveness, improving\r\nproduct quality and appropriately differentiating products, and managing all\r\nresources accurately and efficiently.
