"This research aims to test, analyze and prove the mediating role of Organizational\r\nCitizenship Behavior (Z) in the relationship between Perceived Organizational\r\nSupport (X1) and Intrinsic Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the\r\nSerang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency.\r\nThe population in this study were all employees of the Serang City Regional\r\nFinancial and Asset Management Agency with a sample of 87 respondents using a\r\nsaturated sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with a\r\ndescriptive approach. This research collects data based on observations,\r\ninterviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is\r\npath analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool.\r\nThis research has the results that Perceived Organizational Support (X1) has a\r\npositive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), Intrinsic Motivation\r\n(X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y),\r\nPerceived Organizational Support (X1) has a positive and significant effect on\r\nOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (Z), Intrinsic Motivation (X2) have a\r\npositive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z),\r\nOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (Z) can mediate Perceived Organizational\r\nSupport on Employee Performance (Y), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Z)\r\ncan mediate Motivation Intrinsic (X2) on Employee Performance (Y)."^^ .
