The population in this study were all employees of the Serang City Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency with a sample of 87 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research collects data based on observations, interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is path analysis with the SmartPLS 4.0 analysis tool.
