description: This study aims to identify the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Product,   Human Development Index, General Allocation Fund, Revenue Sharing Fund,   Education Expenditure, and Health Expenditure on the poverty rate in 13   provinces with the highest poverty rate outside Java. The analysis method used is   panel data regression with Fixed Effect Model, processed using Eviews 10   software. The results show that Gross Regional Domestic Product has a   significant negative effect on poverty. Human Development Index and General   Allocation Fund showed a positive and significant influence on poverty. Revenue   Sharing Fund and Education Expenditure show a positive but insignificant effect,   while Health Expenditure has a negative and significant effect on poverty in the   13 provinces outside Java Island.
